Reviews and Ratings
I had a fun and convenient stay at this hotel, just a short ride from Duval Street. The rooms were clean and had a cute beachy decor, and I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service. While the breakfast was decent and the pool area looked nice, I did encounter some issues with water leaking through the front door during a rainstorm. Overall, I would consider returning if we can't find something closer to the main attractions.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at this resort. While the location was fantastic, and I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, I encountered several issues with my room that left me feeling frustrated. The staff were accommodating and did address some problems, but overall, I felt the service could have been better. If you're willing to put up with a few quirks, there are fun activities to fill your time, but be prepared for potential hiccups along the way.
I had a great time at Ibis Bay Resort! The unique wildlife experiences were a real highlight, especially watching the tortoises and interacting with the parrots. The recreational activities offered kept us entertained throughout our stay. On the downside, we did encounter some issues with ants in our room, and the bar service could use a little improvement. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for a fun and lively atmosphere in Key West.
I had a fantastic time at this resort! The beach was just steps away from my room, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed. The unique wildlife experiences, like the shark feeding, truly made my stay memorable. However, I did face an initial hiccup with the room's air conditioning, which was promptly handled by the staff. The variety in breakfast was great, but I wish it had even more options.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient with easy access to Old Town via the free shuttle service, the room I checked into left much to be desired. It was aged and somewhat cramped, and the overall service experience was lacking. However, I did enjoy the recreational activities available on-site, particularly the pool area which was a nice spot to unwind after exploring.
